1. All sales are final therefore goods sold are non-returnable /refundable/ exchangeable as all goods sold are at your own risk. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. Ratna Beautys will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery.

If you do not receive your items within 2 weeks from date of shipping please let us know.

2. Please email us if you have any questions at all regarding a particular piece before purchasing it. We will try to give a full detailed description about the items to avoid misunderstandings.

3. All price stated is in Malaysian Ringgit & USD and items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

4. Reservations can be made for 4 days only. If you really really really like the item, just email me and we will try to sort things out depend on the situation you have. If not after 3 days, item will be put up for resale again.
